摘要: Disclosed is a method for preparing blood cell such as mature megakaryocyte and platelet from an iPS efficiently by using in vitro culture system. Specifically disclosed net-like structure having hematopoietic progenitor enclosed therein, which produced seeding on feeder culturing the under conditions suitable induction of differentiation into cell. Also specifically producing Further cell, particularly or platelet, without structure.
