摘要: Provided is a white rigid decorative member which has significantly improved scratch resistance and wear high-grade color tone. Also provided product can have tone, corrosion resistance, etching performance that been controlled at will. This configured using films of alloys metal shows high adhesion to metals brightness (metal having poor resistance; Mo or W), gives high-hardness film adhesion; Nb Ta), enhances (Cr, Ti, Hf, Zr). The base and, formed thereon, an alloy layer adhesion, gradient-alloy deposited while increasing the content reactant gas in gradient manner, wear-resistant hardness, topping-alloy reducing manner.
