摘要: Development of hot water extracts Chlorella pyrenoidosa (CPE) may help in the reduction cost involved C. pyrenoidosa-based biofuel production. The current extraction conditions CPE greatly vary and CPE-related research are developing rather slowly. To find an effective preparation method, present study, we have prepared CPEs using high pressures, ultrasonication, enzymolysis, compared yields, general ingredients, bioactivities these products. yields pressure enzymolysis methods were more than 25%. CPE-a, which has been under extra 0.1 MPa autoclave, was rich protein, it had strongest absorbance at 260 280 nm, whereas CPE-c CPE-d, via cellulase pectinase, higher sugar content. no inhibitory influence on formation advanced glycation end products, their metal chelating activities poor. However, all products significant positive effects vitro free radical scavenging macrophage growth promotion. Hydroxyl radicals scavenged a concentration-dependent manner by cultured Ana-1 proliferated to 162.98% control when CPE-a administrated 200 μg mL−1. Furthermore, phagocytic activity intracellular nitric oxide levels significantly enhanced with administration CPE-a. In brief, our results suggest that is method for preparing value-added bio-products from pyrenoidosa, strong potential use activation.
