摘要: Abstract Three seed germination stimulants for a parasitic weed, clover broomrape ( Orobanche minor ), were isolated from the root exudate of its host, red Trifolium pratense ) and structures two determined. One was identified as alectrol other novel strigol-related compound which named orobanchol. Orobanchol tentatively proposed to be strigol isomer based on MS NMR spectral data. This is first report spp. genuine host plants. GC-MS techniques analyze strigolactones are also described.
