摘要: A method for determining the ploidy of a test genome is provided. In some embodiments, may comprises: a) obtaining plurality ratios polymorphisms that are distributed throughout genome, wherein each ratio measured copy number uncut allele in polymorphic site relative to reference sample; b) taking log and plotting distribution corrected SNP probes; c) said based on peaks distribution.
