摘要: Various approaches exist by which the response of a number experts (or “judges”) may be combined in order to attempt achieve assessment superior that might attained merely accepting an individual recommendation. Such have been classified, according Ferrell (1985), into those “mathematical,” “behavioral,” and “mixed” type. Briefly, “mathematical” entail statistical aggregation judges single estimate, while “behavioral” allow full interaction group members until some form consensus is achieved, type involves components both these approaches.
