摘要: A 16 year old male with a history of recurrent synpharyngitic macroscopic hematuria presented severe loin pain, and oliguric acute renal failure. Although biopsy showed mesangial IgA nephropathy focal segmental proliferation crescents, the extent glomerular involvement could not explain functional disturbance. Intratubular obstruction tubular necrosis secondary to presence bleeding provide better explanation. failure resolved spontaneously, long-term effects episodes this type on structure function is unknown.
