摘要: The aqueous extract of leaves Parkia biglobosa (Pb) is used in Africa to cure hypertension or for the treatment immunocompromised individuals. To avoid intoxication consumers, our study was carried out evaluate action on level glucose and liver enzymes [Akaline phosphatase (ALP), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST) Alanine (ALT)]. Two sets five (5) batches six (6) rabbits were constituted. first set each received a single dose Pb (25, 50, 75 100mg/kg body weight BW) 0.9% NaCl. second given Methylprednisolone 15mg/kg BW (MP15) mixtures MP15 100 mg/kg BW). Rabbit whole blood collected dry tubes from marginal ear vein day before injection (Do), then 3rd, 9th, 15th 21th days, centrifuged. serum obtained assay glucose, transaminases ALP automate Cobas Integra 400 Plus®. doses 25, 75mg/kg did not induce significant changes (ALT AST), compared control group (0.9% NaCl) D0 D21. However, produced increase (p
