摘要: We propose a two-level scheduler for frequency reuse-1 multi-cell wireless network satisfying inter- and intra-cell weighted temporal fairness constraints. As opposed to hard partitioning of the entire band different cell patterns in reuse- $M$ systems $(M>1) $ , we sharing this opportunistically time by these patterns. Through numerical examples, show notable gains overall throughput due improved multi-user diversity comparison with conventional reuse-3 system.
