摘要: Dermatitis herpetiformis (DH) is a rare autoimmune disease linked to gluten sensitivity with chronic-relapsing course. It currently considered be the specific cutaneous manifestation of celiac (CD). Both conditions are mediated by IgA class autoantibodies, and diagnosis DH dependent on detection granular deposits in skin. There an underlying genetic predisposition development DH, but environmental factors also important. This paper describes these different discusses known mechanism that lead skin lesions.
