摘要: Abstract The microstructures and tensile properties of additively manufactured Ti-base alloys were investigated. Ti-6Al-4V Co-Cr-Mo alloy powders blended used for directed energy deposition bulk samples containing 5 10 wt.% Co. Co exhibited an α phase at β grain boundaries, which caused a significant reduction anisotropy the ductility. A single-phase microstructure exhibiting equiaxed grains with size 36 μm, random texture, isotropic was obtained as-deposited sample. These phenomena could be ascribed to high content resulting enhanced stability constitutional supercooling melt-pool.
