摘要: The accuracy of implantation is an accepted prognostic factor for the long-term survival unicompartmental knee prostheses (UKP). We developed a non-image-guided navigation system UKP without any extramedullary or intramedullary guiding device. 30 patients operated on with (group A) were matched to conventional technique B) using age, sex, body mass index, preoperative coronal mechanical femorotibial angle, and severity degenerative changes. All had complete radiological examination in first 3 months after index procedure, anteroposterior lateral plain radiographs long leg radiographs. Coronal angle both sagittal orientations femoral tibial components measured. There no significant differences mean numerical values all measured angles except orientation component, excessive posterior slope group B. was increase rate implanted desired angular range criteria A. An optimal items obtained by 18 cases A 6 Navigated used, non-image-based improved inconvenience little change operative technique. only 20-min longer time. This improvement could be related such prostheses.
