摘要: Abstract In this paper, a new mechanism is proposed to apportion expected reserve costs between electricity market agents in the power system. The uncertainties of generation units, transmission lines, wind and electrical loads are considered model. Hence, Stochastic Unit Commitment (SUC) used apply uncertainty stochastic variables simultaneous energy market-clearing problem. Moreover, customers can participate based on their desired strategies. novel method allocate GenCos, TransCos, farm owners. Consequently, responsible for paying portion allocated economic metrics that defined first time paper. Finally, two cases including 3-bus test system IEEE-RTS utilized illustrate performance share costs.
