摘要: Fixation with picric acid or formaldehyde retains incorporated [ 3 H ] acetate which is lost after fixation ethanol and acetic acid. Unlike uridine, diffusely into polytene chromosomes, not preferentially existing newly induced puffs. It suggested that puff formation does include an acetylation of histones.
