摘要: Summary Muscle relaxants are used in many critically ill patients, although there is some evidence that their use declining. The pharmacokinetics of these drugs may be altered by organ failure or dysfunction, particularly renal hepatic involvement. Despite the documented safety muscle operating theatre, few studies critical care setting either efficacy safety. There indeed reports suggesting such agents contribute to weakness often seen patients following severe illness. causes associated with illness, including myopathies and neuropathies. possible role development unclear, but reported cases link tenuous. This chapter reviews so far available makes recommendations about neuromuscular blocking ill.
