摘要: To determine the ameliorative potential of active fraction from different extracts Rumex vesicarius against potassium dichromate and gentamicin induced nephrotoxicity in experimental rats its possible mechanism action. Both sex wistar were divided into 6 groups (n=6/group) fed with a control, supplemented at doses 200 400mg/kg respectively. Oral administration EERV offered significant (p<0.01 p<0.001) dose dependent protection PD GN nephrotoxicity. Potassium assessed terms body weight, kidney creatinine, urea, uric acid, BUN, albumin total protein. Thus present study revealed that phytochemical constituents play an important role damage.
