摘要: Abstract In the past ten years, system dynamics has become more accessible to policymakers and academic community. The paper reviews four major developments in subject that have brought about this change. There been improvements symbols software used map model structure. New ideas adopted from behavioural decision theory which help transfer policymakers' knowledge into computer models. methods of simulation analysis enable modelers users gain better insight dynamic behaviour. Greater emphasis placed on small transparent models, games dialogue between ‘mental models’ simulations. Together these allow create computer-based learning environments (or microworlds) for ‘play-with’ their business social systems debate policy strategy concludes with some thoughts future research.
