Measurements and Analysis of a Probe-Fed Circularly Polarized Loop Antenna Printed on a Layered Dielectric Sphere

摘要: Radiation characteristics of a probe-fed open circular loop antenna are presented when the is printed on layered dielectric sphere. A smaller parasitic has been incorporated in configuration to enhance polarization (CP) bandwidth. The structure analyzed rigorously using method moments (MoM), where sphere represented spherical dyadic Green's function (DGF). computation efficiency enhanced asymptotic extraction as well closed form integrations compute MoM impedance matrix elements. computed results close agreement with those obtained from measurements.
