摘要: Publisher Summary Uracil-rich small nuclear ribonucleoprotein particles (U snRNPs) are RNA-protein complexes involved in a large variety of functions, which include pre-ribosomal RNA and pre-messenger processing, 3' end formation some classes messenger RNA, ribosome assembly. Based on their subnuclear localization, U snRNPs can be divided into two broad classes: nucleolar (sno) nucleoplasmic (sn) RNPs. One the minor (U7) has shown to play role ends histone mRNAs. This chapter discusses general properties import apparatus that relevant snRNP import, focusing specializations targeting thatare adapted mediate oligomeric substrates such as snRNPs.
