摘要: The World Health Organization (WHO) is currently undergoing fundamental reform that intended to impact its programmes and priority setting financial governing structures. Within the debates, new relations of powers are emerging among traditional donors economies such as ‘BRICS’: Brazil, Russia, India, China South Africa. These five have formally committed ‘to strengthen legitimise WHO coordinating authority in global health’ through principle multilateralism.
