摘要: Abstract It was found that codeposition of Ni and W from an ammonia citrate-containing electrolyte, is very sensitive to changes in operating conditions. The Ni–W alloy deposit exhibited sensitivity chemical composition phase structure on the pH particular, as well current density (cd), hydrodynamic conditions quantity (thickness) deposit. Thus, small pH, which arise during process bath utilization, are change relationships between peaks anodic dissolution voltammograms reflecting existence different phases. linear sweep (ALSV) alloys deposited at medium cds, lower than 8.4 a high rate rotation RDE contained two peaks. first one could be ascribed some tungsten oxide species while appearance second basically reflects presence solid solution Ni, but also points other increase cd, decrease all lead ALSV with single peak potential shifted negative direction, i.e. towards pure Ni. Analysis confirmed content shift. Still somewhat more noble behavior out still remains
