摘要: We have performed a sequential study on the abundance of mRNA for uncoupling protein (UCP), subunit II cytochrome-c oxidase (COII) and lipoprotein lipase in brown adipose tissue during fetal postnatal periods. Moreover, we determined whether these parameters can be modulated by ambient temperature early hours after birth, at which point development this sensitivity first appears. UCP gene expression neonatal period has particular features when compared with overall mitochondriogenesis (COII expression) or mRNA. There is specific induction UCP between days 18 19 pregnancy followed increase utero further birth.
