摘要: Abstract: Biofilm formation of Gram-positive food pathogens and spoilage bacteria is important for persistence in production environments transmission to food. Staphylococcus aureus other staphylococci are frequently isolated from surfaces environments. In most cases, survival on has been explained by high ability resist drying. However, S. after practical disinfection also associated with biofilm the processing equipment. Several mechanisms involved vary much between strains growth conditions. The role spread two emerging pathogens, Mycobacterium avium group enterococci, briefly discussed.
