摘要: The examination of reducible collagen crosslinks in keratoconus cornea revealed the presence lysinonorleucine amounts far greater than normal age-matched corneas. There was no indication decreased hydroxylysine levels keratoconus, and there were clinical indications a generalized connective tissue disorder. abnormal dehydrolysinonorleucine may represent change hydroxylation selected lysyl residues or synthesis collagen, perhaps an unusual type.
