摘要: A simplified method for the determination of 25-hydroxy and 1α,25-dihydroxy metabolites vitamins D2 D3 in human plasma was developed. Plasma samples were deproteinizated applied to a Bond Elut C18 OH cartridge separate 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D) 1α-25-dihydroxyvitamin [1,25(OH)2D] fractions. The 25-OH-D fraction purified by 25-OH-D2 25-OH-D3 assayed HPLC using Zorbax SIL column. 1,25(OH)2D obtained above subsequently column 1,25(OH)2D2 1,25(OH)2D3 fractions which determined radioreceptor assay (RRA) calf thymus receptor. nutritional studies.
