摘要: Entrepreneurial start-ups require a “leap of faith”. Since person’s faith represents belief in something for which there is limited information and considerable uncertainty, this suggests that the entrepreneur’s orientation may influence start-up process some entrepreneurs. Due to paucity research area need better understand process, study utilized an inductive, longitudinal design. Specifically, we studied new venture creation four entrepreneurs operating throughout USA over five-year period from 2005 2009. As result study, theoretical insights are generated on entrepreneurial motivations, creativity, expectations, emotions those who seek integrate their journey with start-up.
