摘要: In the previous chapter I asserted that participatory assessment of socially and ethically contentious technologies (SECT) must pay attention to three meta-ethical considerations. Firstly, a technology ethics influential role technological artefacts in shaping social moral values, inhibiting enabling actions individuals embedded within complex actor-networks.
