摘要: Relying on a sample of 61 skippers and extensive field research, this article examines attitudes toward fisheries crisis that threatens the economic viability many fishing enterprises. The highlights lack common perceptions, which can be related in some degree to different material interests small‐ large‐vessel operators. Large‐vessel operators want fewer competitors for fish future, but differences perception need moratorium are unrelated vessel size. research points difficulty implementing suitable co‐management system drawing local knowledge when is so often divided.
