摘要: Background: Periampullary neoplasms include carcinomas of the duodenum, ampulla Vater, distal common bile duct, and pancreas. The aggressive course these is attributable to delay in diagnosis, as patients have no symptoms until advanced stages disease. More than half distant metastasis at time diagnosis. most frequent sites are liver, lymph nodes, peritoneum, lung, bone, kidney, and, rarely skin. Case Report: We report case a 45-year-old female patient with adenocarcinoma Vater metastasizing right parietal skull overlying cutaneous involvement 1 year after Whipple procedure. Conclusion: Cutaneous periampullary unusual, but early recognition such metastatic disease important because it indicates poor prognosis for patient.
