摘要: Abstract Acyloxyacyl hydrolase (AOAH) is an enzyme of bovine polymorphonuclear neutrophil leukocytes (PMN) that capable detoxifying endotoxin (25). The activity AOAH in PMN isolated from the blood was investigated dairy cows expelled fetal membranes normally (Group NFM) and with retained RFM) to obtain better insight into role neutrophils endotoxin-related diseases, which occur frequently during early postpartum period, especially RFM cows. Twenty were used study: 13 NFM 7 In cows, percentage (29 ± 4%) significantly (P / h) lower than (107 6 pmol fatty acid 10 h), but difference between 2 groups not significant. There also a higher immature leukocyte suspensions (22 8%) (15 4%), so impairment could be explained, part, by immaturity neutrophils. These results suggest decreased play pathogenesis diseases period.
