[Population satisfaction with health care and physicians' job satisfaction].

摘要: BACKGROUND To assess whether development of health services in Norway has been well balanced terms satisfaction; time series variation compared for population satisfaction with and physician job satisfaction. MATERIAL AND METHODS Data were retrieved from the following sources years: reference panel The Research Institute Norwegian Medical Association on years 1994, 2000, 2002 2006; municipal surveys TNS Gallup care (primary) 1995 - 2003 2005 1999, 2000 hospitals, part International Social Survey Program (ISSP) willingness to allocate resources public (in 1990 2006). Time computed changes between consecutive surveys. annual regression-adjusted means that control association observable personal characteristics. RESULTS On a scale 10 70, hospital doctors' increased 50.2 1994 52.3 2006. General practitioners' 55.5 same period. From 2005, consumer primary 4.43 4.54 4.23 4.47 (on 1 6). proportion who believes more should be spent 82.7 % 85.2 INTERPRETATION sector seems sense views personnel have followed parallel trajectories.
