摘要: We report the findings of study 4185 food samples and 958 environmental collected in Italy period 1990-1999 tested for presence Listeria monocytogenes. The strains isolated were biochemically serologically characterised. found a fairly high percentage L. monocytogenes contamination (12.8%), whereas level was lower environment (environment work surfaces processing plants) (6.1%). Serotyping showed prevalence few serotypes (i.e., 1/2a, 1/2b, 1/2c 4b), which same as those clinical during outbreaks from sporadic cases listeriosis reported considered. geographical distribution is very similar to that strains.
