Nucleotide Sequence of HS-β Satellite DNA from Kangaroo Rat Dipodomys ordii

摘要: Abstract The sequence of the highly repetitive satellite HS-β DNA fraction from kangaroo rat Dipodomys ordii was determined independently by RNA and sequencing techniques. A basic iterated 10 nucleotides with several mutational variations found.
