摘要: Fish has a soluble form of TLR5 ortholog (TLR5S), which does not exist in mammals. We identified TLR5S from rainbow trout and named rtTLR5S, was about 38% homologous to the extracellular domains human (hu) mouse TLR5. Adjuvancy rtTLR5S flagellin response by (huTLR5) tested this study. A chimera constructed intracellular TIR huTLR5 expressed on HeLa cells signaled presence various species bacterial resulting NK-kappaB activation. huTLR5S, when co-expressed with cells, augmented robust huTLR5-mediated NF-kappaB Physical binding detected under conditions where induced rtTLR5S-amplified Signal amplification specific huTLR5: no other huTLRs were responded rtTLR5S. These results suggest that serves as an adjuvant augmenting flagellin-TLR5-mediated activation even human.
