摘要: The chemotactic migration of murine polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMN) in Boyden-type chambers was compared Sartorius membranes which were untreated, or had been autoclaved, and mounted the alternative orientations. Migration assessed by leading front method. PMN migrated significantly further untreated filters than autoclaved. orientation chamber critical: less far their original shipping box inverted before mounting.
