摘要: Background This study was to evaluate the use of virtual planning and 3D printing modeling in mandibular reconstruction compare operation time surgical outcome this technique with conventional method. Material methods Between 2014 2017, 15 patients underwent vascularized fibula flap using modeling. Titanium plates were pre-bent models cutting guides used for osteotomies. who without aid selected as control group. The recorded compared two groups. Accuracy measured by superimposing preoperative image onto postoperative mandible. bony landmark, distance angle measured. Results mean total 1.60±0.37 5.54±0.50 hours computer-assisted group, respectively; These 2.58±0.45 6.54±0.70 respectively. Both shorter difference between intercondylar distances, intergonial anteroposterior distances gonial angles 2.92±1.15 4.48±1.41mm, 2.93±1.19 4.79±1.48mm, 4.31±1.24 5.61±1.41mm, 3.85±1.68° 5.88±2.12° differences mandible is smaller Conclusions Virtual have potential increase accuracy reduce time. we believe that technology will become a method improve quality reconstruction.
