摘要: Poor corrosion resistance limits the application of magnesium alloys. Conversion coating is widely used to protect alloys because easy operation and low cost. A novel conversion on die-cast AZ91D alloy containing barium salts was studied. The optimum concentrations Ba(NO(3))(2), Mn(NO(3))(2) NH(4)H(2)PO(4) are 25 g/L, 15 mL/L 20 respectively, based orthogonal test results. treating time, solution temperature pH value settled be 5-30 min, 50-70 degrees C 2.35-3.0, respectively. better than that manganese-based phosphate by immersion test. composed Ba, P, O, Mg, Zn, Mn Al EDX analysis.
