摘要: The diagnosis of suspected venous thromboembolic disease during pregnancy is problematic because the fear fetal irradiation with routine diagnostic procedures. In order to develop rational guidelines, we have calculated levels radiation exposure fetus for common procedures and conducted a literature review examine risks associated these radiation. A small increase in relative risk childhood cancer suggested by outcomes following low dose (less than 5 rads), utero exposure. With careful use available procedures, thrombosis possible less 0.50 rads pulmonary embolism 0.05 rads. such small, both absolute terms.
