摘要: Abstract The new demands, the climate change and challenges set by society intend to generate major reductions in heating cooling demands of buildings. However, conventional measures improve performance building envelope can easily reduce demand and, many cases, worsen behaviour building. Therefore, we need innovative solutions that provide high use natural heat sinks cool building's thermal mass when mode. This work describes tests a solution consisting facade built as precast concrete element with inertia. integrates different techniques sink. For that, it has modes operation mode, which allow adapt needs resources available guarantee performance. To evaluate impact three operating proposed solution, an experimental prototype been tested over two summers. experimentation, combined inverse characterisation model, made possible estimate real passive (nocturnal storage cold element, nocturnal ventilation itself through pre-cooling air before entering chamber using evaporative system). All these are presented described hardly any extra cost on base but considerable energy impact.
