Parental manipulation of child behavior in home observations.

摘要: The object of this study was to investigate the extent which parents can manipulate their children's behavior in home observations. Twelve families with four- six-year old children were recruited for research. instructed make child look "bad" or "deviant" on three days a six-day observation and "good" "nondeviant" alternate days. Results indicated that, as predicted, rate deviant behavior, parental negative responding, commands all significantly higher bad than good Parental responses questionnaires provided more detailed information how felt that they influenced desired directions. These results discussed terms implications psychopathology methodology data collection natural environment.
