摘要: Synovial fluids of patients with rheumatoid arthritis contain activated T lymphocytes that may play an important role in the pathogenesis disease. Previous studies have suggested cell receptor (TcR) repertoire these cells is restricted, reflecting vivo selection a limited number specificities at site inflammation. To characterize better populations we used polymerase chain reaction technology to estimate proportion TcR alpha and beta RNA containing any particular V elements from transcripts directly isolated synovial fluid peripheral blood mononuclear three arthritis. Our data show that, contrast cells, expressed only few transcripts, one which was overrepresented two patients. Peripheral joint on other hand, appeared express same set non-restricted elements. These results suggest major antigen associated interact selectively component TcR.
