摘要: The effects of protozoa on the degradation plant cell walls (CW) during different growth stages fungus Anaeromyces mucronatus have been investigated. Since fungi show a marked lag in their vitro cultures and many rapidly die prolonged incubation time, may vary according to phase fungi. Therefore, approach adopted was (i) inoculate CW with monoculture, (ii) fungus-protozoa coculture, or (iii) sequentially fungal that had grown for 24 (initial stage growth), 48, 72 h (late growth) mixed protozoa. When associated protozoa, dependent effect observed. Ruminal adversely affected activity when introduced initial A. mucronatus, but synergetic interaction detected added late cultures.
