摘要: Preparation of nanosized SnO 2 electroceramic powders via hydrothermal synthesis was investigated as a function initial concentration and treatment time in order to understand the formation growth mechanisms. powder successfully synthesized from hydrous tin oxide by at 200°C. Crystalline particles with specific surface area high 170 m /g were produced single step without requiring any calcination process. As metal cation increases 0.0125 0.05 M, an Ostwald ripening type process observed crystallite size 3.1 4.6 nm. Evolution also altering 1 24 h diffusion controlled behavior time.
