摘要: Abstract The present work is devoted to study the thermal annealing process of F center clusters (F n ) induced in LiF single crystal under high-dose γ-rays and high reactor neutrons fluence irradiations. With heating argon atmosphere, F-type aggregates gives rise a new absorption band at 500 nm attributed Li colloids. optical density associated with 2 observed γ-ray irradiated decreases increasing temperature exhibits two distinct processes activation energies E 1 =0.9±0.3 eV =1.6±0.5 eV. Also, it clear from results that 3 + emission bands positions are affected by dose. Reactor irradiation induces large These colloids persist even after 450 °C.
