摘要: Abstract The anammox granules with Fe and Fe3O4 as cores were successfully obtained in anaerobic continuously stirred tank reactors (CSTR) this study. sizes [d(0.5)] of Fe-anammox Fe3O4-anammox successively arrived to 417.3 μm 988.5 μm on the 39th 72nd day, corresponding specific activity (SAA) 0.24 0.239 kgN kgVSS−1 d−1, respectively. SAA blank-anammox granule was stable (about 0.20 kgN kgVSS−1 d−1) whole granulation mechanisms common (blank-anammox granule) Fe-anammox/Fe3O4-anammox extracellular polymers (ECP) bonding model ion-bonding model, Results showed that optimal oxidation–reduction potential (ORP) bacteria 209 mV. reasonable concentration Fe2+ Fe3+ beneficial by maintaining high ORP gathering acylhomoserine lactones (AHLs). quorum sensing (QS) material identified N-dodecanoyl homoserine lactone LC–MS.
