摘要: A combination of cytogenetic and bioinformatic procedures was used to test the chromosomal phylogeny relating Drosophila buzzatii with D. repleta. Chromosomes X 2, harboring most inversions fixed between these two species, were analyzed. First, segments conserved during divergence species identified by comparative in situ hybridization repleta chromosomes 180 BAC clones from a BAC-based physical map genome. These precisely delimited aid containing inversion breakpoints. Then GRIMM software estimate minimum number rearrangements necessary transform one genome into other identify all possible rearrangement scenarios. Finally, plausible trajectory tested hybridizing 12 breakpoint-bearing seven group. The results show that 2 differ paracentric inversions. Nine them are chromosome entail breakpoint reuses. Our also cytological relationship mercatorum is closer than peninsularis, we propose phylogenetic relationships this lineage group be reconsidered. We estimated rate conclude rates within genus vary substantially lineages, even single
