摘要: Abstract Experiments on male rats showed that with age the functional activity of thyroid is decreased; sensitivity increased and response parenchyma to TSH action thyroxine-binding capacity serum proteins decreased, free/bound thyroxine ratio changed in favour free thyroxine. Intensification deiodination processes was found heart, muscles kidneys old animals, as compared adults; effector tissues hormone increased. The data presented testify fact aging there appear irregular changes various links hypophysis-thyroid-tissue system, owing which level its functioning maintained constant.
