摘要: In this study, the effect of reproductive hormones and substances with hormonal activity on oxidative burst blood polymorphonuclear leucocytes (PMN) high yielding dairy cows was evaluated. Different concentrations of: progesterone, oestradiol 17β, FSH, LH, GnRH, cortisol PGF2α were incubated in vitro for 4 h PMN seven milk cows, during period anoestrous postpartum. Controls run parallel which each hormone replaced by its solvent. After incubation competence to generate H₂O₂ monitored flow cytometry. A down-regulation PMA-stimulated observed when cells progesterone. Significant (p [less-than or equal to] 0.001) differences between control progesterone from 6.56 μg/ml. The same predisposition PMNs cortisol. Besides all employed, a decrease observed, only beyond 0.19 mg/ml, statistical results obtained obtained. Concerning an increase H₂O₂-production 15 pg/ml 45 steroid 0.05), followed depression cell's unphysiological employed. 0.05) 17β highest concentration oestradiol. No metabolic GnRH LH compared control.
