摘要: Laryngeal cancer is the most frequent neoplasm in head and neck region, with vast majority of tumors originating from squamous cells. The survival rate patients laryngeal has not improved substantially over past 25 years. To acquire further knowledge regarding molecules responsible for oncogenesis and, turn, to improve target therapy,iTRAQ mass spectrometry analysis were utilized detect differences protein expression 15 paired adjacent non-cancerous tissue samples. Using analysis, levels 100 proteins samples distinct non-tumor, Further validation differentially expressed S100A2, KRT16, FGB HSPB1 carried out using quantitative real-time RT-PCR, immunoblot immunohistochemistry. Functional one highly proteins, S100 calcium binding A2 (S100A2), was performed RNA interference. As a consequence, attenuated S100A2 enhanced ability HEp-2 cell lines migrate invade vitro. Our investigation complements current understanding progression. Furthermore, this study supports concept that may be promising strategy developing novel therapeutic drugs.
