摘要: For detecting reduced glutathione (GSH) with a 19F NMR spectroscopy time-specificity, we developed the probes based on gold nanoparticles modified fluorinated groups via thermally-cleavable linkers. Before heating treatment probe, maleimide moiety as binding site GSH in probe is inactivated by cycloaddition of furan. At this silent state, magnitude signals from was suppressed. By for activation produced retro Diels–Alder reaction, and were observed. From moment, started reaction Michael addition to moiety, leading observation new peak spectra. Finally, amounts determined increase signals.
